Separation.

Since last time, I've played Nate 8 times. I've won twice. And that's all I have to say about that.

Game 51: Atlanta (Andy) 4 at New Jersey 1.
Game 52: Phoenix (Nate) 2 at Edmonton 1 (2 s left. 2.0. Ridiculous)
Game 53: Buffalo (Nate) 3 vs. Tampa Bay 2
Game 54: Los Angeles 5 (Nate) at N.Y. Islanders 3
Game 55: San Jose (Nate) 3 vs. Nashville 2
Game 56: San Jose (Andy) 5 vs. Toronto 3
Game 57: Tampa Bay (Nate) 3 vs. N.Y. Rangers 2 (Shootout)
Game 58: Philadelphia (Nate) 2 at Vancouver 1 (Shootout)

From here on out, no more shootouts. 1 OT period, and then ties. That's that.

Games: Nate 31, Andy 27
Goals: Tied at 196.

We're Back! Kinda...

More games...But not too many. It's Spring Break. We fit in what we could. Four games in fact:

Game 47: Phoenix (Nate) 5 at Rangers 4
Game 48: New Jersey (Nate) 9 vs. Vancouver 6
Game 49: Tampa Bay (Andy) 5 vs. Los Angeles 2 [St. Louis had 4 goals. SICK.]
Game 50: World (Nate) 2 vs. North America 0

Game 47. Nate beat me with 6 seconds left in the game. As has been said many times before, sports is a microcosm of life. There've been a lot like that. The last minute against Nate is the scariest 60 seconds imaginable. Ultimately, though, it's about coming up just short. Good but no experience. Good but too little too late. It's true. And that's why you have to love sports. It's life subsumed into little men, doing things, inside the glass box in your living room. Beautiful.

Oh, and the totals:
Games: We're tied at 25. Which means it's a 151-game series, now.
Goals: Andy 177, Nate 174.
